 River City RV Park is a 70-lot RV park tucked away off Main Street in Jacksonville Fl. Just north of Springfield’s bustling neighborhood, which Niche has ranked as the #32 best neighborhood to live in Jacksonville. Reserves can enjoy the small-town feel with the significant city luxuries of Nightlife, restaurants, Jags sports complexes, a Zoo, fishing, Boating, local Parks, walking trails, luxury shopping, I95 and I10, and significant hospitals, all within a 10-mile radius. 

The surrounding community provides a peaceful setting just outside the city center’s hustle and bustle. Where an afternoon stroll under the shady canopy draped in Spanish moss at nearby May Mann Jennings Park will take you back in time. Winding along the bank of Long Branch Creek. On a calm day, you can hear distant trains and tug boat horns guiding ships through the channel of nearby St Johns and Trout Rivers. Reminiscent of its heyday when sawmills and brick kilns lined the banks.

As of September 2022, the Community is under new ownership. Numerous upgrades are either underway or planned. Our redevelopment efforts will mimic that of the recent revitalization seen in the nearby Springfield neighborhood.
